About Andrew
Andrew is a Research Fellow and Senior Policy Analyst at eBASE Africa. He works towards getting evidence into policymaking at all levels of government, building community institutions, and youth empowerment. Andrew is responsible for coordinating evaluations at eBASE, and led the pilot of Menstrual Hygiene Management intervention in 15 schools within 3 education priority regions of Cameroon – he is continuing to oversee this as it moves to a full trial.
Andrew is a PhD candidate in Local Government Studies at the University of Birmingham, and he holds 3 masters degrees in Public and Development Management, Governance, and International Cooperation from Universities in Cameroon and South Africa.
