Ellis is the International Officer at the Education Endowment Foundation and serves as the Secretariat for the EEN.

Ellis supports the growth and maintenance of the EEF’s network of international partners, working to create opportunities for the network to collaborate and share best practice between organisations. 

Prior to joining the EEF in 2022, Ellis was working towards an undergraduate degree in Education, Policy, and International Development at the University of Cambridge, where she did research into gendered experiences of ​‘elite’ higher education.
