As Senior Evidence Synthesis Manager at the EEF, Mohammad manages the EEF’s work on the Education Database project, and the development of the EEF’s accessible evidence portal, the Teaching and Learning Toolkit. He also supports colleagues in carrying out rapid evidence reviews.

Prior to joining EEF in June 2018, he worked at Action for Children supporting their strategic partnership in early years with the Department for Education.
