Robert is the Executive Director for Research and Program Development at the Queen Rania Foundation in Amman, Jordan.

Robert has over 20 years of experience in policy-oriented research, technical advisory and capacity building roles, and project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He also has a proven track record of successful grant writing. Robert has subject expertise in skills development/​TVET, early childhood education, and Arabic literacy teaching and learning.

Robert holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, where his thesis focused on education and skills development.
