About Guillermo
Guillermo is the Senior Evaluation Manager (International) at the EEF. He is involved in the commissioning and management of evaluations in both the English context, and across the Evidence for Education Network. He has cultivated a passion for education and international development through several years working in various Latin American countries while stationed at the World Bank office in Peru.
Guillermo is dedicated to ensuring rigorous evaluation practices, developing guidance for evaluators, and supporting the design of evaluations that contribute to impactful educational interventions. This is all with the aim of generating evidence of what works to support evidence-informed decision making.
